At Rosset Attire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully review the policy below.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.

A flat return shipping charge of Rs. 450 will apply to all accepted returns.

No restocking fee is applied.

Refunds are only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any special collection excluded from returns will be clearly labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Items purchased during sale events or with discount codes are also non-returnable.
How to Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).

Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel.

Send your parcel to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at
customerscare@rossetattire.com or 0344-7007770.
We will provide an exchange only for the same or a similar item.
Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items.
