At Rosset Attire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully review the policy below.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • A flat return shipping charge of Rs. 450 will apply to all accepted returns.

  • No restocking fee is applied.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Any special collection excluded from returns will be clearly labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page.

  • Items purchased during sale events or with discount codes are also non-returnable.


How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at customerscare@rossetattire.com or 0344-7007770.

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).

  3. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel.

  4. Send your parcel to the following address:

ACME Zari, Old Post Office Street, Manawala, Faisalabad

Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at
customerscare@rossetattire.com or 0344-7007770.

We will provide an exchange only for the same or a similar item.
Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items.
